Duties

  • Collaborate with the project delivery team to develop project scope, plans, schedules, and budgets for solar mini-grid installations.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders to determine optimal system design and layout for solar projects.
  • Work closely with Design Engineers to prepare detailed engineering designs, including electrical schematics, equipment specifications, and bill of materials required for solar projects.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of necessary equipment and materials.
  • Provide regular project implementation updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance during project implementation and post-installation support.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop response actions to mitigate negative impacts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in project delivery.
